Server logs
When you visit the site, the web server logs technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, volume transferred, browser identification and referring page. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after a short period and are not combined with other data.
Contact form
When you submit the form, your name, email address, subject and message are sent to my mailbox and stored there so that I can reply. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures, or the legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is not passed on and is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.
To guard against automated submissions, the submission rate is briefly limited using a non-reversible numeric value derived from your IP address. That value is discarded after an hour.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or audience measurement. Fonts are served from this server, not from Google Fonts. No content from Instagram, YouTube or Cults3D is embedded — those services are only linked to. Only when you click such a link does the provider concerned learn of your visit; their privacy terms then apply.
Processors
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, based on the EU standard contractual clauses, is in place with the provider. The data centres are in Dresden and Friedersdorf, that is, exclusively in Germany.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Simply write to the email address given above.
If you believe the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
